SPA RESERVATIONS
The fastest way to schedule an appointment is by calling 562-439-4333. You may also contact us by email at blissonbroadway@gmail.com – simply click through the button above. We suggest you book your treatments well in advance. Once booked, we will follow up with a reminder, if you choose.
We request a 48-hour notice to cancel or change a reservation. Changes made within the 48 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment total, and no-shows will be charged in full. If you’re new to Bliss and scheduling a Manicure/Pedicure, we require a $25 deposit to hold your appointment. It will be applied to your service when you come in.
SPA ARRIVAL
We invite you to check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled services to relax and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals will result in an abbreviated service.
SPA COURTESIES
Bliss is a place for natural connection, with yourself or among friends and family. For maximum relaxation, we kindly suggest you 'unplug' during your visit by turning off cellular phones. Please consider our spa a sanctuary for peace of mind.
YOUR SATISFACTION
Your satisfaction is a top priority and we’re happy to fix any issue at the time services are rendered. We do not offer refunds. Please let us know immediately of any concerns or within 24 hours as part of your service. Thank you.
