30, 60 or 90 minutes. Consists of long, sweeping strokes that are soothing and assist with blood flow and lymphatic circulation; this massage can be done with light to medium pressure to achieve ultimate relaxation.

DEEP TISSUE / SPORTS $75 / $95 / $130
30, 60 or 90 minutes. Focuses on the direct manipulation of specific muscle groups, decreases muscle tension and stiffness. Ideal for chronic aches and pains. Improves overall muscle performance and well being.

HOT STONE (Table) $100 / $135
60 or 90 minutes. Widely known for its deeply relaxing benefits. Smooth, heated basalt stones are placed and glided along chakra points of the body to melt away knots, tension and stress. The hot stone experience uses warm essential oils that relieve pain, promote harmony, balance and peace.

THERAPEUTIC $135
90 minutes. A combination of Swedish and deep tissue massage with concentration on target areas. Can include stretching. We require a doctor’s note to work on hip, knee or shoulder replacements within 6-8 weeks of surgery or tear.

60 or 90 minutes. Offers relaxing benefits for both mother and child using traditional Swedish massage and side-lying techniques that relieve muscle aches, joint pain and swelling.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY (Table) $55 / $75
30 or 60 minutes. A unique therapy based on the principle that individual points on the hands and feet correspond to the bodies organs and glands. Provides relaxation and restores balance and function of the body.

CUPPING $50
Traditional Chinese Medicine for relieving pain, inflamation and circulatory problems. A manual pump is used to create a vacuum seal, then cup is left in one place. Temporary circular marks or bruises may remain after treatment.
